Therapy is a process of making ourselves whole through telling our stories, sharing our strivings and sufferings, and building self-awareness and resilience in collaboration with a skilled person who is trained to help us navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
It is a sacred space where we can bring all of ourselves without fear of judgment, and without the social pressure to behave in a certain way. All of our emotions, joy, sadness, anger, and fear are not only welcome but
encouraged and explored, in a process of unveiling our authentic selves and our deeper “Self.”
Sometimes people come to therapy because of the stresses and anxieties of modern life, be it the workplace conflict, feeling stuck in one’s professional evolution, or just feeling like there is “more” for them to become or be.
Often, it is struggling to overcome unfinished business or
emotional baggage from our past, which interferes
with our ability to be centered or fully present in relationships. Therapy can be all of these things and more. Through contact and relationship with another empathic, fully present human being, we can begin to learn richer, fuller ways of living, which free us to be the best versions of ourselves.

We will strive together to move you towards a more stable and balanced engagement of the world.

My goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space for you to be vulnerable. Together, we will explore your emotional wounds

I work with both traditional and non traditional Couple’s, including ENM relationships. The focus is typically on improving emotional availability and communication skills.

I will meet you wherever you are in the experience of Grief and Loss. With patience and support, we can walk your unique path together.
With compassionate guidance and patient support I have for over 30 years helped adults, couples, children and families to overcome their limitations and blocks to become broader and more fully functioning people.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic, and I view the therapeutic relationship as the most powerful and important factor in a helpful or successful therapy process. This belief is related to the significant place which Attachment Theory has in my world view and understanding of human emotional development.
In my therapy Awareness is also seen as foundational to personal growth. I therefore focus on helping you to become aware of blind spots or ways of behaving and/or thinking that may not be serving you presently. Once these areas are identified I will help you to try out alternate behaviors and experiment with new ways of being. This may involve processing and releasing unexpressed emotions or traumas that have been locked in your BodyMind.
AIl of this is held up by the understanding of the primacy of the human relationship, the “I-Thou” and an accompanying sensitivity to grandeur of the human condition.
